Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. During New Product Launch, Holidays, or Sale events, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

* If there are Postal Delays, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note: Postal delays are completely out of our control.

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the package tracking website.

*Please track your packages. FlyDear is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments or packages delayed in transit. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.

*We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS or EMS. In the case that your order is undelivered, however is marked as delivered, an investigation will be opened with USPS or EMS depending on the used carrier until a final resolution is made.

*If the Tracking confirms that the package was "Delivered", no refunds or replacements will be granted. Please refer to "FlyDear Return and Refund Policy" for more information.

*If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!

*USPS Standard Shipping: This is the most affordable shipping method however you will not be able to track your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY TO MY COUNTRY?

USPS Standard Shipping takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on your country. 

USPS Priority Mail international and EMS small package international take 7-14 business days for many major markets. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination. 

On very rare occasions, international shipping can take up to 6 weeks. Please allow that time to pass before contacting us regarding delivery of your order.

In FlyDear global free shipping plan, one of USPS Standard Shipping, USPS Priority Mail international, and EMS small package international will be chosen according to the specific logistics situation. In most cases, USPS Priority Mail international will be our first choice.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

 

FlyDear cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

(If you refuse a shipment from FlyDear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to FlyDear This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.)
