Conditions

1. We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date. All returned items must be unused and in their original conditions. Please include any original packaging in the returned items.

2. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Final Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

3. The full order amount minus the shipping costs is available to be refunded. Excluding orders where the product had a manufacturer defect, there is a restocking fee of $5 to cover the process of receiving and inspecting the product. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in-store credit. Contact us for a refund to your original form of payment.

4. If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email support@flydear.com with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number ('#FDxxxxxx'). Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.

5. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Return/Refund Process

1. Please send an email to support@flydear.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.

Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number ('#FDxxxxxx'), and reason.

Please don't return the lenses according to the return address on the package, because we are unable to receive it at that place.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing. 

Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.

3. Drop off your package at your carrier.

Please provide the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us

4. We receive your return package. 

We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.

 

Important Note:

1. Please do not throw the lens and lens packages before your problem is solved. We have several different packages, while the color of lenses from different packages may be different.

2. Please check the items whether are damaged or with the wrong color before you open them.
